Negative plate: The negative plate is pasted and the plate’s structure is radiated, which can enhance the usage of live material and the capability of discharge with large current. The charge cceptance is good.
Separator: The separators are made of micro porous rubber combined with corrugated PVC, so it is of high porosity and anti-corrosive. It can absorb more liquid and the electrolyte can pervade quickly, which leads to the low inner resistant of the battery.
Container and cover: The container is made of AS plastic imported from Italian Plastam. The blue transparent container is corrosion resistant, fire retardant, strong and beautiful. The inner structure and condition in the containers can be observed from outside.
Post: The post is combined type with copper core inserted in. Its unique sealing structure can eliminate the stress to the post caused by the stretch of the positive plate at the end period of service and ensure the reliability of post sealing, which extends the service life of battery.
Acid spray-proof plug: Funnel plug is used to filter acid smoke and retard fire. The electrolyte density and temperature can be measured without removing the plug. It is safe and convenient.

Casting machine: Our casting machine is imported from Germany HADI and is the most advanced casting equipment in producing industry batteries in the world. Because the machine is controlled by computer and is equipped with internet, the headmaster of Germany HADI can monitor its working by internet at any time, discover and solve the problems appeared and update its controlling software. The automatic lead input device can input the lead slowly according to the quantity of lead liquid in the lead container, which can keep the temperature of the lead container static so as to enhance the consistence and reliability of the plates casting. It is first used in China.
Mixer: The ‘oxmaster’ mixer is produced by American WIRTZ. The wind cooling and water cooling system together with the humidity probe, which can keep the parameter of the lead paste consistent in the whole year, are first used in our country.
Pasting machine: The utmost new machine is produced by American MAC and can meet the requirement of pasting large capacity and long plates.
The producing line of tubular positive plate: Produced by Germany HADI and consisting of backbone casting machine, moisture squeezing paste equipment and automatic inspection equipment, the line is the most advanced and environment protecting equipment and is first used in our country. The working procedures, such as backbone casting, cutting, tube inputting and paste squeezing, are controlled automatically by computers and performed by mechanic hands, which can make sure that the plates are reliable and consistent. At the same time, the machine is equipped with internet, so the headmaster of Germany HADI can monitor, check and update it at any time by internet.
Formation rectifier: The computers are used to manage the formation, for example: use the computer to determine the formation system, monitor the procedure, record the rata and analyze the result, which guarantee the quality of formation and enhance the consistence of batteries.
Environment protection equipment: There are 10 sets consisting smoke removing system, moisture dust removing system, acid smoke removing system and waste water treatment equipment, which consists second class purify equipment and fourth class purify container.
Physical and chemical lab and product performance lab: The equipments in the lab are complete and advanced and the whole procedure from material to product is monitored. The computer is used to manager the product performance inspection equipment, record and analyze the product inspection procedure and rata.
